Hi i am unable to link the router on the TP link app it says cant find or just ask me to login id for different modle which i had earlier but now i have forgotten that one too, i want to update the firware as well because i dont know anything about this one too

1. Do you have internet when connecting to the HX510? What's the LED status on the HX510?
2. Please refer to the instructions below to log in to the router's web UI, then go to Advanced > System Tools > Firmware Upgrade to check the version info. Please send us a screenshot of the firmware and hardware version info.

3. What TP-Link app have you downloaded to manage the HX510?
4. Where are you located? Who is your ISP? Does your ISP provide the HX510, or do you purchase it yourself?
