Off WiFi On WiFi Hi,

I have 8 Tapo cameras of different models (C660, C206, C460) connected to an Omada network.  I am having an issue with ONLY the two C645D cameras showing offline whenever I am not on the local network. The Tapo app device is NOT on the same SSID locally, but no ACLs are currently in place so traffic flows freely locally, and both SSIDs have free access to the internet.

The cameras connect to two different APs, one is a EAP720 and one is a EAP610.

I have tried connecting only via 2.4GHz with no change.
I can use my phone to connect/disconnect from WiFi and get an immediate result.

I get the same result if I connect to a WiFi network outside/remote, so it is not specific to cellular connection.

Thoughts?

thanks,

Bob
