I have a D230 doorbell which was connected to a H200 hub. After the battery was discharged after recharging the doorbell would not connect to the hub. I have tried to reset everything and removing the doorbell and hub from my system. I then re add the hub successfully and connect by byu cable directly to the router. I then try to add the doorbell. I get the flashing green red and proceed to the next step.

 

Both the doorbell and hub then have a slow flash green light

 

it then goes to pairing on my phone

 

after a while I get the unable to pair message

 

the doorbell and hub are next to each other

 

hub firmware is 1.6.1 build 20251230 rel 64168

 

I have tried the sync methods discussed in other threds and nothing seems to work 

 

Please can you assist

Check this article and see if there are any troubleshooting steps you missed. What can I do if the battery-powered cameras fail to pair with the Tapo H200? If it doesn't help, contact support team for further assistance.
