Even if I just have Eco mode on, but none of the energy saving options aren't on, the Disney plus falsely detects that I am using some VPN to connect to Disney plus. If I just turn the Eco mode off, Disney plus works just fine.

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please send us a screenshot of the ECO mode page after you turn it on.
  2. Is the Disney plus an app installed on a client device connected to the Deco network? If so, what's the client device?
  3. On the Deco app > Network tab, please tap a Deco, and then send us the screenshots of the Show Map and Show List pages.

 

Your Deco M5's firmware is not the latest one(v 1.9.4). Please try downloading the latest firmware here, unzip it, and then refer to the instructions below to update the firmware via Deco's web UI and check if this helps.
