I'm having a few issues with my vacuum.

1. when it's on charge a lot of the time it starts charging then all of a sudden comes off the base then keeps saying it's look for home, even though it was there

2. It keeps going offline for no reason and stops charging too

3. I have it set to a schedule and sometimes it doesn't go on the schedule and somehow makes a new map on it's own which usually is circles of the room it's stored in

has anyone had these and how did you fix it?
