Hello to all.
i have a 8960n router for almost two years.

yesterday i restart it and then the modem sync with the line but no ip on the wan.

i restart it several times same thing.

contacted my provider the check it and say it is from the modem not from the there point.

i tried another router all ok.

i have hard reset and firmware upgrade again the same thing.

it sync with the line but no ip from the wan side.
the thing is that the router is on warranty.

i will take it to the shop i have bought it.

how they will check it?


did anyone have any idea about what my be wrong r experience the same thing?

all setting for the provider are ok and double checked.
