TP Link Camera Control not working

I used to have only one NC200 camera and worked OK under Camera control and using Windows 7.
Now I have updated to Windows 10 and bought a second camera and the camera control software has been unable to detect any of the 2 cameras connected to the same wifi network.
Is this due to a software incompatibility with windows 10 or am I installing an incorrect camera control software version?
Current Cameras firmware: 2.1.7 build 160315 Rel. 27420
Current camera control version: v1.0.2.3.msi
Windows 10
Note: I am not willing to downgrade PC to windows 7
Can you provide support here?
