Whats the difference between the TP-Link E-4 and the M-4?

The main difference is that the E4 has a 100Mbps Ethernet port, while M4 has a 1000Mbps ethernet port.

@TP-Link_Deco Yes, the only difference I see is Ethernet ports speed, so why M4 has a wifi range of 3-5 bedrooms while E4 has only 3-4 bedrooms? both are AC 1200, same antennas, beamforming etc
