Hello,
Do you mean the router stop working? Please check below info before we conclude it is a hardware issue:
1. Is the router still powered on correctly, how about the LEDs on it?
2. Ensure you are using the original power adapter. Please check whether there was any power cut or bad weather before it stops working?
3. Try to hard reset it by holding the reset button or hole for 10s.
4. Are you able to access its web UI from a browser? What is the hardware and firmware version?
5. When and where did you buy this also? If nothing can make it power on correctly, you may need to contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty:
