Firmware Version: 2.0.0 0.9 v6041.0 Build 200629 Rel.2756n

The internet side is working, but I can't use the cordless. In my log I see that:

ID Time Type Level Log Content
1 2021-04-30 13:30:17 VOIP Information register fail, response code(408)
2 2021-04-30 13:30:17 VOIP Information account[+390158491230(0)] registration failed

 

but I am sure that the telephone number is ok.

Someone can tell me what to do?

Hi, Did you get this modem from the internet service provider directly?

Have you checked with them whether all the registration details are correct?

@TP-Link  Hi, no, I bought the router online. I've not tried to contact the service provider, I simply tought that was something wrong in configuration. Internet connection is working fine.

Hi, you could have a check with the VOIP service provider first by the way may I know who is your VOIP service provider?
