Deco E4 router is not turning blue (stuck in yellow)

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.5.3

I have been using Deco E4 router over last one year (both master and slave), i was upgrading the firmware and after that it stopped working and it always turned yellow. I tried all options of resetting etc., but not of a use. Can you please guide here? I tried calling the customer care but no luck..
