Hi, normally, if you want to remote connect to the PC in the LAN of Deco X20, you might need to open ports on Deco X20, such as port 3389 for remote desktop.

Then on the remote computer, you might need to input WAN IP:3389.

Have you done that already?

Since I did not get an update the first, hope we can find a possible solution this time.

Firstly, Is your connection map like this:

Try to access the remote PC in the workplace via Remote Desktop from home PC?

Would there be any error message when you failed to access the remote PC?

Have you set up any firewall or access control on the main router for Deco?

If you do not mind, will setting up X20 under the access point make it available for remote PC?
