Just got modem router, internet connection is good but can't get the modem to load with internet which renders it useless yo me

Thank you for the feedback.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

  • Please make sure the DSL light is solid on.
  • Check whether there is an internet IP address under Advanced-Status.

--if the IP address is 0.0.0.0 , it is very likely the internet connection configuration credentials are incorrect and please have a check with your internet service provider.
