Archer AX10 only supports QoS, it doesn't support Bandwidth Control. You may try configuring the QoS to see if it can meet your requirement, below is the guide for your reference:

We have already passed along your feature requests to our Product Team to see if it would be technically feasible to include this feature in future updates to the platforms.
