Thanks for reply, already install this new fw without any poblem, btw Kevin its possible for ax11k for added 1 menu such dns director , because this menu very important as im using asus with custom fw 😜, if this dns director ( bypass dns isp provider/custom dns) can apply on ax11k tplink , its should be a perfect router for tplink ax11k
Maybe can has this function

I still experience connectivity drop with this latest release (1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(4555)), as well as with all 1.3.1 releases.
I did not have this issue with the latest 1.3.0 release.
Status shows poor Internet. Rebooting the router solves this issue temporarily, issue will occur randomly (sometimes after 5 days, sometimes after 2 days after rebooting).
I might revert back to the 1.3.0 release.

Can I know who is your internet provider? Do you have a stable connection if you connect a laptop to the ISP provided modem directly?
Could you please send us the system log on the AX11000? You can go to Advanced > System > Backup & Restore to click backup button to download the config file and send it to us (support.forum@tp-link.com). Please DON'T reboot the router, and be sure the system log records the disconnect and reconnect behaviors.

@Tukulstar28 Thank you very much for your valued suggestions.
TP-Link routers don't support the DNS Director functions yet, but we will make sure to bring this forward to the related team as a feature request.
Thank you again for your feedback.

@gpex Yes, I seem to be having these issues again too - where can I get v1.3.0 fw for EU v1 hardware as that version was issue free for me as well? Every day now, getting a minute or two of sudden drops and several times a day. Logs show nothing of interest

@RobbieB50 Do you still have a stable connection if you connect a laptop to the Virgin Media Hub directly?
How about the LED on the AX11000, will it change to red when the disconnect happens? Or it is always white?

My internet provider is T-Mobile (in the Netherlands).
I have both wired en non-wired connections to the router and both types of connections experience the same issue.
I have the system log enabled. If the issues occurs again, I will not reboot the router and secure the system log and send it to the specified email address.
Can you confirm if I can downgrade directly from 1.3.2 to 1.3.0?

@gpex Yes. You can still downgrade to the previous 1.3.0. But you can keep the 1.3.2 official version if you're willing to troubleshoot with our engineers. Thank you very much.

Hello,
I recently updated to 1.3.2
This is the first firmware upgrade I've done on the unit since I purchased it due to seemingly I was quite a few versions behind, and this latest one had a lot of fixes/features.
Unfortunately, this is the very reason I did not upgrade the firmware as before 1.3.2, I have a very stable connection. Now about once a day, the router drops connection.
I can confirm its the router as I still have a connection via the modem when this happens; Moreover, it's most definitely this firmware update as my connection was 100% stable until updating. It's been all downhill since then.
I can't confirm the light color when this happens - as I wasn't really paying attention to that. I have a multi-room setup of Sonos products on top of the 30+ other devices connected - this is causing absolute havoc with all my wireless devices.
Could you provide a link to the seemingly stable 1.3.0 firmware so I can downgrade?
