Hi there.

When looking thru the forums I noticed many users stating they have a firmware much more recent than the one I see in Australia.

My current firmware shows as the most recent (1.3.0 Build 20220221 rel.50072(5553)) and this is the latest on the TP-Link Australia website. However users in other regions seem to have something much later.

I realise I'm comparing regions so firmware numbering and releases might not be consistent with Australia but usually they are fairly close in the dates of new releases/numbering.

Is there a delay in getting updated firmware for Australian region?

Hi, I hooked up Archer Ax11000 router 2 weeks ago but my firmware is not showing updates. Current version is as below:

 

Firmware Update

Archer AX11000

Version:

1.2.3 Build 20210719 rel.14861

Your firmware is up to date.

 

I can't get an newer versions firmware updates.

That is probably because you failed to connect to the TP-Link Cloud server, try changing the WAN/Internet DNS servers on the AX11000 to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the router and check for the updates again.

 

If still cannot check for the updates, you can also try to download and upgrade the firmware manually. Go to the TP-Link website and search for the model AX11000, then go to Firmware page and download the latest version, follow the below guide to manually install it:
