I have tried recovery firmware upgrade steps, resetting button with pin but nothing is working. It shows the wifi network for some time and after that it is stuck at red/yellow stable light.
Please provide alternate immediate fix for this.

So this Deco M4 could never get into the blinking blue setup mode for re-configuration, right?
May I know how long have you had the Deco?
I think you might need to contact the shop retailer to check whether it is still under warranty.

@David-TP It was working earlier, I had it for more than one and half year however suddenly it has went into this mode. It is out of warranty now.
