AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Router Bandwidth Control - is there any way to control it?

As per the firmware release note for Archer AX1500, it doesn't support Bandwidth Control:

Only some models support Bandwidth Control via firmware upgrade, you can check the following thread to get the models:

Note: The models provided in the above thread may not be a full list of all models, you may check on your router web GUI to look for similar settings.
Archer AX1500 support QoS, you may check if it can meet your requirements:
QoS does not work for me. Is there any other way to intorduce bandwidth control?
