Hey dear Forum.

 

I recently purchased the Archer TX20U Plus Adapter. 

My question and problem at the moment is, that in the 5ghz Network it will only Connect to my Fritzbox 6591 with Software: 7.57 in 80MHZ.  

My Smartphone connects with 160MHZ so it gets full speed.

 

The Adapter is sticked Mainboard: Asrock b550 extreme4 usb Port 3.2 Gen2. 

Is the Archer TX20U Plus capable of 160MHZ 5GHZ connection?

Software from TP Link Hp ist installed. Different USB Ports checked. 

 

Thanks for any help because im a not just a little confused and hopeless at the moment.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, the Archer TX20U Plus does not support 160 MHz channel width.

 

The upcoming Archer TXE70UH https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/high-gain-adapter/archer-txe70uh/ will be capable of utilizing 160 MHz channel width.

So far, there is only a US version of Archer TXE70UH.
