Hi, could you please help me confirm whether it behave like this:

 After resetting,it still doesn't work rather it behaves like this

  • Power LED alone stays on for few seconds
  • Then Power button continues to blink for sometime
  • Shows all the LED with WiFi symbol blinks red for a sec & the cycle continues

 

Could you please help me check the SN number on the RE200_V5?

After that, you could contact the local support to ask for warranty service:
