Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hello Folks!

A few days ago I experienced that the IOS 17.1.2 devices (iphone) did not get internet connectivity via deco wifi, but can have internet connection via same ISP and same subnet with another brand wifi AP. Seems like, this is IOS + Deco specific problem. I made manually upgrade too on the deco. I did "forget this network", turn of  device hide with fake MAC address, disable trcacking protection on phone, switched off roaming and beamforming too on AP .It doesn't help. I use my deco X50 V1 in AP mode. Other devices working well with the same Deco AP, which is strange, and confirm that is IOS + DECO thing.

Any idea? I report it via web to TP-Link, but I don't have any auto reply about this report.

+this is only with the main SSID, the guest SSID working well with the problematic ios device

Looks like it is solved, thanks for hungarian support fast reaction (Peter Koleszar). The problem was out of DECO, it is router/dhcp/arp problem. After flushing the router's ARP table, problem solved. Maybe that iOS feature to use private MAC address (fake MAC) isn't compatible with DHCP/ARP in a required level.
