Hello,

 

From v1.4.0 OpenVPN does not work at all, connection timeout. Now I'm on v1.4.1 and still not working. Same configuration was working well until v1.4.0.

DDNS configured and connected, OpenVPN configured with basic settings (it was working with this settings)

I've tried on iPhone and Windows laptop, no luck.

 

Do someone have info about this ? could we push this problem to engineering team ?

 

Aloso sometimes on iOS app and on browser web page, are not capable to sync connected devices and advice to reboot Deco's. This issue also appears from v1.4.0 upwards. Already on the latest Deco application.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Did you set Deco X50 as an OpenVPN client? If yes, what is your OpenVPN server, like NordVPN/ExpressVPN/Surfshark VPN?

Can I have a picture of the current OpenVPN client status on the Deco App?

Hello,

I've set Deco as VPN server and used OpenVPN.

Picture attached with server setting, I've tried with different port (also default port set by Deco) as well but no luck.
