Change 2.4ghz signal level?

Model: Deco X55
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: latest

I live in a residential building and use dominantly the 5ghz network. However, some of my iot devices, printers and TVs are still attached to the 2.4ghz network.

  1. I would like to adjust the signal level of the 2.4ghz network and set it to the minimum, so my neighbors won't see it and it won't affect their auto-channel selection algorithms.
  2. I would like to force 2.4ghz to use 20 mhz, instead of 40/80.
  3. I would like to be able to choose the channel of the 2.4ghz network.

TLDR; I want to be a good neighbor. Help me please?

  @eth2

Hi, It would be nice to live next to you. However, I'm afraid Deco X55 still doesn't support customizing the wireless channel yet.

It is suggested to test the 1.6.0 beta firmware which has optimized the channel/channel width working mechanism:

 Deco X50/X55_V1-1.6.0 Supports Internet Backup, Hybrid-Mesh and DOH/DOT

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP didn't help.

I'm still being an obnoxious loud priсk in the residential building.
