Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1125.21.901.2024

Got a 1Gbit up/down subscription workng ok.

Asus motherboard ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi (Intel I225-V  fw 2.1.4.2) 900dn/920up

As I had a lot of disconnections for a few seconds I start searching learning the Intel driver had lots of issues.

So I bought the TX201.. realizing I had only half the speed 510dn/920up

 

Latest driver from TPLink (1125.21.901.2024) no difference.

Consulted TPLinks help, checking settings:

 

Green Ethernet turning off
Energy-Efficient Ethernet turning off
Gigabit Lite turning off
Advanced EEE turning off
 
All to no difference.
 
Got a new card through warrenty recieved today, still the same issue.
 
So its probably not the card OR the card has issues with my mobo
Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Hi, welcome to the community.

Are you able to test this PCIe card on another computer or a different PCIe slot?

Please also check the current link speed after installing this adapter:

How to check the associated/link speed on a wired client

 

It is also suggested to install the following driver here, and replace a new Ethernet cable to see whether it helped:
