Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build20241011 (Latest at current time)

Got my Deco X50 5G connected by Ethernet cable to an unmanaged switch which my Xbox is connected to through Ethernet cable and I've got a slight issue stating my NAT Type is strict and UPnP is unsuccessful. I have been looking at multiple threads, websites and YouTube tutorials to try and fix the issue but still not been successful. Would appreciate if someone with more knowledge than me has any ideas or solution to why this is occurring.

UPnP is definitely turned on in the app. I've got my deco working from a 5G EE mobile signal which my other devices work great from. No other internet sources are connected and have tried using wireless connection for the Xbox and still have the same issue.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I think it is very likely the EE mobile uses CG-ANT service and there hasn't been a public IP for IPV4 connection(Double NAT).

Is there any chance that you could require a public IPv4 address from EE?

Or Deco X50-5G supports WireGuard VPN protocol, if you have a subscribed VPN service, like NordVPN/Surfshark VPN, it is also suggested to enable the VPN client on Deco and set Xbox to use the VPN connection.

Best regards.
