Tapo c125 constant audio creaking problem

Grazie.

Hi,
1. If you do not use the original power adapter to power the camera, please try to connect it to the original power adapter. You can also connect the camera to a different power socket for a try.
2. Try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, then check if it helps.
3. If the problem remains, go to the camera's Live View page on the Tapo app, set the volume of the microphone and speaker to maximum, record a video on the camera's Live View page, and send it to us. You can also record the video on the working camera's Live View page and send it to us for comparison.
You can upload the videos to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

Hi,
On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, you can find the two Tapo C125's hardware and firmware versions.
If the two Tapo C125 have the same version info but only one has an audio issue, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Hi,
Please try to swap the location of the two cameras and then test if the problem remains on the same camera.
