MacBook disconnecting from Deco BE25

Hej,
just bought and installed my Deco BE25 and everything works fine with iPhone, Apple TV, HP-computer. However my MacBook Pro from 2018 keeps losing connection every 3-4 minute or so, forcing me to turn Wi-Fi off then on on the computer. Why could this be and what are potential fixes for it?
thanks,
P

Hey!
correct, just after setting up the Deco it started, never had that issue before.
have tried what you have suggested but issue remains. The only thing that seems to work is to setup a guest network and there after 1 hour it seems OK. Why is that? And is it possible to get that same stability on the main network?
thank you!

Hi All,
It is also recommended to install the 1.0.17 firmware here to see whether it helped:

Hi, welcome to the community.
Did MacBook start disconnecting just after switching to Deco BE25?
Have you checked whether there is a new system update available from MacBook 2018?
Please disable Private Address on the MacBook first.
Then please refer to this link to set the preferred Deco and WiFi band for MacBook 2018:

Hi, Did the MB 2018 also connect to the 5GHz of the Guest network?
How about connecting it back to the Main Network and enabling the "device isolation" to see whether it maintains stability?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi!
Hello!
I also purchased the new DECO BE25 and installed it last week. It has been working very well with my 2016 Dell PC, Samsung TV, Sonos system, and more, but it does not work with my 2017 MacBook Pro (2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5).
I have also started suspecting that I might have issues with my Apple iPhone 15. But I´m not sure yet.
When I test my 2016 Dell PC I get over 200 Mbit/s throughout the house, but my MacBook keeps losing connection all the time.
I read that disabling SIP ALG could help, but it didn’t work for me. I haven’t tried setting up a guest network yet.
I have both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks enabled on the Deco App, since the Sonos system runs on 2.4 GHz.
Any suggestions?
Kind regards Isaac

Hi, Thanks for the update.
The engineer is going to offer me a more updated version so I removed the original post.
It should be ready within the next 2-3 days. If you want to test the original version, you can find it in the private message.
It can revert to the official 1.0.13 or update to the new version later directly via web UI.
Best regards.
