LAN4 port very slow

Just bought a TD-W8980 and updated to the latest firmware (after some initial WiFi problems which are now solved). LAN ports 1-3 work fine, but LAN4 is very slow. If I connect my main PC to LAN4 and browse the web, pages are slow to appear and sometimes time out. Copying files from my NAS (on port 3) will get 22MB/s with my PC on LAN1 or 2, but on LAN4 just a few KB/s.
