@RBL What happens if you try to install 1.0.1 then? You can install it even if it's the same one you have to test if you get the same error.

@RBL It's not exactly the same, my switch got 1.0.2 so not exactly the same firmware, maybe there's a bug in the version you're trying.

@RBL Strange, I have almost same switch (ES205GP) and it upgraded without any problems, but as the message says, the switch must have access to the management port, do you have something blocking it?

@RBL As the message says, the switch must have access to the controller's management port. Is it a local site or a remote site? Is the switch on the same network as the controller?
