@whitetop666 Go to doorbell Device Settings page, click Storage & Recording, then choose Clip Settings. Here, you can customize the doorbell's retrigger time, record buffer, and maximum clip length.

@SugarBaby Please try to enable the Third-Party Compatibility feature (Tapo app, Me page > Third-Party Services > Third-Party Compatibility) in the app, see if that helps.
