why I'm unable to change my Wifi password, Please suggest

Hi, Earlier today I logged in to my router using a local password. Later on I downloaded the Tether app and tried to login but forgot my tp password, I reset the password (to the same one as my local)

Changed over our router from a tp link router to this new one and now it won't connect our wireless devices. Just comes up with useless message about connecting without WiFi. Our phones are up to date

Hi, As you can see in the attached screenshot I have no "Internet" tab on my router admin panel gui, does anybody know what would cause this? Router is a VX230v. Thanks
