@stawo

Hello, The KC camera is the new arrivals; they are different from the NC camera. For example, they are managed by kasa app,  not tpCamera app anymore; and the KC camera do not have web UI unlike NC camera.

Besides, the NC camera is still listed on the official website; cause it is EOL, you need enter the complete model number to find it. See attached link below.

May it help and have a nice day.

Downgrading from 1.4.1 to 1.3.4 didn't really solve the problem for me sad

After a while, the image of the cameras get flipped upside down, i have to "preset" them all the time.

This never happened to me when the firmware was 1.3.4, the problem began when i upgraded to 1.4.1

Is it possible that even though it is downgraded to 1.3.4, there are still some elements from 1.4.1?

And yes, I did "reset" the cameras after downgrading.

Hello everybody,

I am also having the same problems, and I wish to know how to downgrade the firmware in my cameras.

Could someone send me the how-to to do this? I've already download the older version of the firmware, but the update fails.

Thanks!

@Kevin_Z

Hi.

I'm also interested in the downgrade procedure to 1.4.0.

In my case, the problem is not wireless connectivity since I use the PoE adaptor... but I can't integrate my NC450 with my home security software as I have authentication problems.

Best regards.

Pasko.
