Hi there,
I’m connecting the HS200 smart switch to my room, it is set to power a ceiling fan with lights, I’m using three 6w led candelabra style bulbs on the fan, when I power the switch on the lights and fan flickers but does not come on, please help and suggestions, it’s almost impossible to contat tp link for help.

Sounds like a wiring problem. If the switch is rebooting (flashing amber) after you turn the switch on the neutral wire is probably incorrect.

I agree. I've had a similar issue when my neutral wire came disconnected after putting the switch and wires back in the wall.
