I'm not able to add new camera NC450 to android app. I downloaded the latest version from here https://static.tp-link.com/2018/201812/20181219/tpCamera-3.1.9_Build17-V377-armeabi-release.apk.zip
I tried adding the camera both by wireless and ethernet connection (mobile connected to the same wifi). I got this "Unable to find Camera" message every time.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), android version 8.0.0.

Hi there,

Have you tried to reset it and make sure the router and the camera is connected by ethernet cable properly, and then try to add the camera on Tpcamera APP, if not please have a try.

 

If that still doesn't work, is that possible for you to use another device download tpcamera app and install it and try to add it?

 

If that sitll doesn't work, would you mind manually install it by web browser first and after you set it up, you can mange it by tpcamera APP.

Hey Kevin,

 

Well that is crazy, I was trying reset the camera before but it didn't work. Maybe I had to hold the reset button for longer time. Everything is working fine now, thank you for the reply and help!

Android 8.0.0 is failing. You should update it to be usable.
