I have the HS200 switch

Your help is appreciated.

you may want to look into IFTT for that. currently the Kasa app can only set a time based schedules. you can get creative IFTT and use location to determin sunset time and then have it turn then off at your chosen time.

Thank you. I'll look into IFTTT.

Running AutomationManager as a server will do this easily and directly inside your home network, avoiding relying on IFTTT and TP Link's cloud. Turning on a bulb at sunset for your location (plus or minus an offset) and off again at a given time or at dawn is a basic rule, and there's a lot of other choices available too.

Sorry Roger, I didn't see your question.  Yes for apple - AutomationManager runs as a server/hub on a low end android device that you can forget about once it's setup (usually about $20-$30 from best buy).  There's an add-on for it that bridges the devices known by AutomationManager onto HomeKit so you get full control from an iphone.  And there's an extension for setting up an external web page so you can control it from any web browser from pc, etc.

Hi all,

There is a plan to add this features into KASA app already. That is to say, the sunset/sunrise will take effect +/- certain time.

You can keep an eye on official website/kasa app for updates.
