Hi,

how to contact the NC450 over the Internet? The distance between camera and iPhone can be over 100 km.
The camera is connected to the FRITZ router 7490 via WLAN; the router has DSL Internet access.

The iPhone 7 PLUS should be used as a terminal, whereby this should be on the move worldwide.

Is there good / detailed literature on this?

Hi,

NC450 supports remote control by tpCamera app. Please refer to this link to configure it on tpCamera app first:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/821/

When it is installed successully on tpCamera app, please go to camera settings, then enable remote control. Then you will be able to view your camera outside.
