Hi,
Please reset the Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulbs to factory defaults:
1. Turn the light switch controlling the bulb to the OFF position.
2. Flip the light switch on and off 5 times at a slower rate.
After that, please reconfigure it via the kasa app.

If still failed, please show me the error message or the picture where you got stuck.
