I am experiencing trouble connecting to and receiving notifications remote from my home. I am wondering if the product and app are actually designed to do this?
What is the model number of the camera?
The current issue is that you cannot see the liveview remotely and cannot receive notification remotely?
When you are home, you can test whether you can view the live video with the cellular data.
And please enable notifications via kasa app.
