Kasa Cam Activity Stream Clips Greyed Out

Hi - the video clips in my Kasa Cam activity stream are all greyed out and won’t play - how do I fix this? Thank you.

Thanks for your reply, have you ever tried to hard reset it and reconfigure the KC camera to give it a go?

What is the model number of it as well?

Please show us a screenshot of the greyed out page; and to do further analysis, please provide the mac address of the camera and your TP-Link ID.
