Hi all,

I cant see the cameras form my job.....a sign saying appears...No Internet connection available. Please check your network....maybe the antivirus? before I could see them normally...

What is the model number of your camera?

 

What is the current hardware and firmware version? 

 

Does it work back well after you saw the error message? 

 

Have you tried to use the cellular data to verify whether you can see it remotely?
