Today I saw there's a new update for NC450 cameras, which of course I installed. The only description was bug fixes and improvements. I'd like to know which ones in detail, so as to know if the issues I've been having with my camera have been solved.

The latest 1.5.1 firmware developed and released based on the 1.5.0; it improves the security of data transmission and the stability.

I'm glad that the new version of the firmware has appeared and I have hope that it fix all the problems from ver. 1.5.0.

I'm currently testing new 1.5.1 ver. but I will wait witch my assasment until new ver. of tpCamera app will appeares - at this moment the app shows that there is new version but it still not available on google play.

 

But I can show what I received on my email when I was testing SMTP on my NC450 cam: Hmm.....

@Kevin_Z  Hi Kevin, I can no longer access SD card recordings on my NC450 after this update.  Tried reboot, factory reset and different SD cards, none helped.  Please help!

@Kevin_Z   I successfully updated one of my cameras to the new firmware 1.5.1  but when I tried updating the other cameras the next day the firmware update was no longer available.  Has it been withdrawn?

Thanks for your feedback, so it is a NC450 but it shows NC260 from the test email; that is a little weird. 

 

Does it affect the actual performance of the NC450?

 

Besides, you can provide the serial number and MAC address privately via message and then we can try to locate the issue.

We are repacking the new firmware for the NC450 to make it more perfect; and the new one will be released soon. 

 

You can wait a while and then update to the latest one.
