Thanks for your requesting. We will do some troubleshooting to locate this issue and try to fix it.
What is the led status of the NC450 when it lost connection?
What about other devices? Do they have the same issue?
How do you make it back to work? Like reboot it or it will work automatically in few minutes?
When it works well, try to check the signal strength and move it closer to the main router and test whether it works.
Good day.

I have the same problem, randomly is offline, very often... and after few minutes is online with no reboot.
The green led is always off, even when the camera is online.
It doesn't report movements.
The sd card works, but there is no more the list of events recorded.
The camera is very close to the router.
My internet connection is always working.
Thanks for help.

Thanks for your requesting.
Any error message you can see on the tpCamera when NC450 goes offline?
Next to the camera, can you get stable connection from the main router with your computer or smart phone? And what is the signal strength you can get from the router?
Try to change another location.
Besides, if possible, you can connect the camera to the main router by ethernet cable and test its stability.
Good day.

Hi, thanks for reply.
There is no special message, just says offline.
I have a stable connection in FTTC, all my other devices are working. The router says that, when it works, the connection.with the camera is 120Mbit/s.
I can't move the camera, but it worked for one year in the same position...
I still have the problem about movements, the camera doesn't check any more any movements and the SD card is working but I don't have any more the rec list.
And like eim80 the "circle process ".takes few seconds before connecting, more than double time than before.
Thanks for help.

Thanks for your reply. You can verify the wireless signal strength via the tpCamera app. If it is weak, it is very suggested to change another location or move it closer to the main router.
Try to reboot it or factory reset and set it up.
Besides, you can customize the wireless settings of the main router, like wireless channel and channel width to give it a go.
May it help and have a nice day.

Thanks for your reply, glad to hear that it works better now.
What about the current wireless signal strength obtained by the camera?
Do other devices have the same issue? Try to assign a static IP for the camera to give it a shot.
Good day.

Hi, thanks for reply.
I restarted the camera again and now the connection is working. I Hope it lasts.
But I still have the problem of motion detection. Sd card is working but I don't see any more the lines in the timeline.
Do you think that the only solution is to do a master reset? Doing a master reset will I be back in 1.5.0 version?
Regards

Hello, thanks for your reply, glad to hear that the connection is working now.
For the motion detection issue, you can disable it first and re-enable it; besides, you can format the SD card to give it a go.
Still the same, you can hard reset the camera, and it won't flash back to 1.5.0.
Good day.
