We use the tp camera app as a baby monitor on an old smartphone. The app used to run in the background, but suddenly won't do that. We have to leave the app screen open. Any fixes for this?
As far as I know, the app is just used to manage the camera, which won't affect the performance. In other word, no matter the app is opened or closed, the camera should be working fine.
May I know the model number of your camerma?
