Model: HS110
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.4

I started monitoring on 1st of October. On the 29th energy reading suddenly peaks out. It seems like the total from all other days are added to the daily reading giving 112 kWh on a single day (avg 4666 watts). Physically impossible since the device doesn't draw more than 800 watts. This is both present in the Kasa app and in the logger software running on a raspberry Pi.

@cccp200

Have you ever take a picture of the energy usage on Kasa app on the 29th?

If not, you can take a picture of the current energy usage page and send to us.

What is the kasa app version? Please ensure that it is up to date.

And what is the model number of the appliance plugged into the HS110? What is the power consumption?

Good day.

@Kevin_Z pics of heating pump max 0,98 kW and two screenshots from Oct 30 and Oct 31. Daily average is between 3-8 kWh for this device. Kasa app 2.16.1 build 885

@cccp200

Thanks for your explanation.

It is a little weird, it is our first time to get this feedback, you can take some time to test its performance and verify whether it can reproduce the same issue.

If it happens again, please let us know and tell us the model number of the appliance together.

Thanks in avdance.

@Kevin_Z I had the same issue today. Usually consumption si 7-10 kWh/day and today was 146kWh. It happened first time 8 months ago (device was reset at that time - hoping to get rid of this bug)

@glowmouse

Thank you very much for your detailed information.

We would like to follow up on your case by email and please have a check of your email box later.

By the way, what is the device connected behind the HS110 V2?

Thanks a lot.
