Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

With new FW I cant rech the camera outside the cloudcontroll. I never had the oppurtunity to mute the camreas microphone. And now I cant close the IR. All of this I tink it because TP-Link want to spye at us.

@stormense

Hello, we won't spy on you customers, as a manufacturer, we value the security/privacy of our customers' network; and it is illegal to spy on somebody which we won't do.

Back  to your case, we can do some troubleshooting:

1. With cellular data enabled and wifi disabled, can you access the camera? If not, any error message?

2. Try to disable the firewall on the main router to give it a go.

3. There is no mute button on the camera, instead, it synchronizes the volume of your smart phone. You can mute on your cellphone.

4. If still the same, you can reset and reconfigure it via the tpCamera app.
