Hi I am receiving an error when trying to turn remote control persmisions on. "Cloud send cmd failed"

 

please help

Hello, please ensure that the LB100 has connected to the main router's wifi, so does your cellphone. 

 

Then try to reboot the LB100 and the main router to give it a go. 

 

Besides, you can hard reset the LB100 and reconfigure it.

 

Still  the same, please tell me the mac address of the smart bulb( or your cloud account).
