TP-LINK NC450 v2 auto rebooting

Hi,
I have the issue with the camera NC450. I notice that pretty often it reboots by itself.
The LED switch to RED, so it reboots automatically. I have factory reset it, tried with the ethernet cable or just wifi...I also change the power adapter but nothing help.
I don't know if these issues began with FW 1.5.2 or not.
I still have a warranty...do anybody have that kind of problems too?

Hello, red led means that the camera lost connection. We would do some troubleshooting first and verify whether we can fix it.
1. How do you connect the NC450 to the main router? By wired cable or wireless?
2. What about other devices? Do they have same issue? Or can you get internet from the main router when the LED on NC450 became red.
3. Have you ever tried to setup a static IP for the NC450?

Hi,
I tried the wifi connection and even wired. The symptoms are the same in both ways.
The cam randomly reboots and came back online...in some cases, it reboots and doesn't come back online.
As I said...I don't think that the cause is wifi network...because the other clients work fine...and I have connected the cam via cable right now, and these symptoms are still present.
Yes, I also tested both options...dynamic and static...no difference.
I still have a warranty...but I assume that this is not related to the hardware, but software...so maybe the only option is to give it back and take a full refund.
Or anybody successfully solved that issue..because I see, that I an not the only one with that issue.

Unfortunately no. I assume that this is related to the latest FW and not to the HW.

I have the cam since the last summer...
I didn't notice this issue in the previous version of the FW...so I truly believe that it is related to the FW.
What experience do you have?

I also got some problems after upgrading the firmware from 1.3.4 to 1.5.2
I have multiple camera brands and therefore prefer to use the android app tinyCam to collect them all one place.
After the firmware upgrade I can't control the steering (pan/tilt) through this app, and I just ordered another NC450 camera since it was working so good earlier.
What do I have to do to fix it? Change settings or downgrade firmware?

I tried to downgrade the FW version but unsuccessfully. I didn't manage to downgrade to any older version.
