My HS103 mini plugs have gone into "Local Only" mode. My H105 and HS200 devices are working fine. 

 

I have two HS103 V2 plugs which now operate in "Local Only" mode and I am unable to enable the Remote Control option.

 

 I have checked for firmware updates and none are available.

 

I have removed the plugs and reset to deafult settings and added as new devices but still no joy.  

 

On plug # I can see the Remote Control switch but when I try to enable that option I get a "cannot connect to server" or TCP errors.

 

On plug #2 I cannot see the Remote Control option. 

 

I have downloaded the latest KASA app this morning so all current on iPhone.

 

Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Generally, the internet or the connection to the cloud server should be good if both the HS105 and HS200 can be remotely controlled correctly, we may suggest you try to relocate the two HS103 and reset them to the factory defaults by pressing and holding the reset button for over 10 seconds, then add them back for a try.
