HS210 Local Only
I have many to link switches installed however one has gone into local only mode and despite factory resetting and deleting device from Kasa app I can not get it to return to being compatible with google home.

Hello,
May I know the MAC address of the problematic HS210 which can only be controlled locally? Please ensure it is connecting to the wireless network fine and there is no special settings like access control or firewall that blocked it to connect to the cloud server.
Below are some basic troubleshooting suggestions you may refer to:

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
Are you still having the same issue?
If yes, please help us check the following information:
1. what is the model number of your home router?
2.please change the DNS server on the router to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4?
3.if possible, please temporarily turn off the firewall on the main router to have a test;
By the way, could you please send me a private message about your kasa account and MAC address on the HS210?
Thanks a lot.
