Micro sd card Cant format in camera

I have a tapo c200. Its works fine but when i tried to put in micro sd card, it wont format it and work on the cam. Tried format it first at a pc. (Fat32). Tried two card. Same fault. What can i do now?

Have you tried to turn off the 24 hours recording and format the SD card again?
And when you tried to format on the PC, are you able to do that ?
What is the brand & model of the SD card, as well as its storage capacity and format type?
Is there any error message when you failed to format the SD card?

I tried to format in 3 SD Card up 128Gb and is not working.
The camera said " Is a problem in SD card".
What is the brand I need to buy?

Hi,
You could have a look at SanDisk, Kingston etc.
And it would be better that to have 64GB/32GB instead of 128GB.
